Called Hugo (suggested by a friend) and he was able to come over out of business hours to have a look and was able to locate the issue without any damage to ceilings or flooring as I thought might have to be the case and he rectified the problem, replacing a leaking valve on the spot. He also looked at some issues we had with toilets and came back 48hrs later to replace the internals on two cisterns. Excellent service and transparent and fair pricing.
